Great Smoky Mountains 3D Raised Relief Map

This raised relief wall map of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park uses a precision thermoform molding process to realistically reproduce the park’s rugged terrain at a scale of 1:180,000. The map’s image area covers the park’s 500,000+ acres spanning North Carolina and Tennessee. A subtle elevated color ramp image enhances the changes in elevation while detailed annotations identify geologic features, trails (including the Appalachian Trail), shelters, campsites, and ranger stations, as well as rivers, streams, and lakes. This raised relief map is available unframed or framed in either black aluminum, natural oak, or a black oak wood frame.
