This bird���s-eye view print of Pascoag, Rhode Island was drawn and published by O. H. Bailey & Co. in 1895. Pascoag is a village of the town of Burrillville that was used to maintain and house workers of the many saw and textile mills at that location along the river by the same name. A handy reservoir was used for the storage and transport of the timber to the mills. Cotton and worsted mills were established in Pascoag and the village enjoyed years of prosperity with their operation.
As natural resources began tapering off in the late 1800's, Pascoag began reinventing itself as a family vacation destination with many outdoor activity options.
