A state park is about to be located near Riverhead - when the East River Tunnel and the one under New York City (Manhattan Island) is completed all European traffic, passengers and freight will be loaded and discharged in Peconic Bay - Thousands of passengers and tons of freight will be handled daily - Riverhead and vicinity will build up rapidly and become a great city. Real estate will boom - The Pennsylvania Railroad will spend fifty millions of dollars to accomplish this purpose - Capitalists are investing heavily in Long Island realty in anticipation of the boom - If these shrewd men consider it wise to invest thousands you can safely put in a few dollars now while we are almost giving some of our lots away. No matter where you live a few dollars spent for these lots will earn you more money than in any other city in the world. New York Realty has made many millionaires - unlike western boom towns it never depreciates, but steadily increases."
