Bottom text reads:
The City is located about 7 miles from the entrance of the Harbor. The Harbor with it's imposing Grandeur and beauty, may safely be called one of the most magnificent in the World. At Present there are between 4 and 500 square rigged vessels at anchor in the Bay, many of which are hidden from view by the opposite hill on the left. In the extreme left will be seen the Island of Yerba Buena, and also in the same direction about 50 miles distant. Monte Diablo peering from behind the Hills of Contra Cosla.
